What Is Self Exclusion?

Self exclusion is a voluntary restriction you place on yourself. Once activated, you cannot access your account, place bets, or play casino games for the duration you selected. This is not a pause or temporary logout. Your account is locked, and you cannot reverse the decision until the exclusion period ends.
The purpose is to give you distance from gambling when you need it. Some players use it during financial difficulties. Others activate it when they notice unhealthy patterns in their behavior. The reason does not matter. The option is there for anyone who wants it.

How Does Self Exclusion Work?

When you activate self exclusion, several things happen immediately:
Your account is locked and you cannot log in. Any active bonuses or pending bets may be voided depending on the terms. You will not receive promotional emails or notifications during the exclusion period. Your deposited funds remain in your account and can be withdrawn by contacting support.

How to Activate Self Exclusion

You can activate self exclusion in two ways:

What Happens After the Period Ends?

For temporary exclusions, your account does not automatically reopen. You need to contact customer support and request reactivation. This is intentional. It gives you time to reconsider before returning to gambling.
Parimatch may ask you to confirm that you want to resume activity. In some cases, a cooling-off period of 24 hours applies before your account becomes fully active again.
For permanent exclusion, there is no option to reopen the account. This decision is final.
