Public Offer Agreement

We provide sports betting and casino games according to our Rules. You get access to place bets, manage your account, and play any game available on the site. The Rules and Gaming Rules are part of this Agreement. Everything here applies to sports betting, casino, and any other entertainment we offer.

This section outlines what the Company and the Player can expect from each other. Both parties have specific responsibilities and entitlements under this Agreement.

The Company shall register the Player and assign a unique gaming account number. The Company provides the ability to manage the gaming account, maintains confidentiality of all information acquired during registration and betting activity, and offers 24-hour technical support via email and live chat.
The Company has the right to suspend services if the Player fails to fulfill the provisions of this Agreement or the Rules. The Company may also amend terms unilaterally without sending additional notices.

The Player shall read the Rules and seek clarification on any ambiguous matters. The Player must keep confidential the gaming account number and access password. All transactions made using correct login credentials will be considered valid.
The Player has the right to receive a complete list of betting options in accordance with the Rules, unilaterally refuse the game once every 90 days after notifying by email, and set limits on the gaming account or submit self-exclusion at own discretion.

All settlements are made in accordance with the applicable Rules. Charges and commission rates for fund transfers depend on the Player’s country of residence. The Player is responsible for the correctness of payments and keeping settlement documents.
If the account has been blocked due to fraudulent or illegal actions, the remaining balance may be transferred to affected individuals or donated to charity. The Company does not provide credit for gaming transactions. The same gaming account is used for sports betting and casino games.

The Company is not responsible for safety of funds if the Player disclosed account credentials, lost profits due to temporary technical problems, or quality of operations of financial partners.
By registering, the Player guarantees that the Player has reached the age of 18, is the rightful owner of funds placed on the account, and all information provided is true. The Player gives consent to verify age, country of residence, and identity.

The Company does not provide services in territories where legislation forbids online gambling, including USA, Israel, Singapore, Estonia, France, Republic of Cyprus, United Kingdom, and Italy.
The Player guarantees that at the moment of receiving services the Player is not present in any restricted territory and is observing local legislation. The Player shall independently handle any tax obligations from revenues received.

In case of force majeure circumstances beyond the will of the parties, the Parties are exempted from obligations for the duration of such circumstances. If force majeure lasts more than 30 calendar days, each Party has the right to terminate this Agreement with at least 15 days notice.

Player claims are accepted only in writing and no later than 10 calendar days after the dispute arose. Period for consideration shall not exceed 30 calendar days. Claims are considered only if the Player possesses relevant financial documents. In disputes, Company server records are considered the primary source of truth.

All design elements, text, graphics, software, and content on the website are protected by copyright owned by the Company or used under licence. The Player has no right to copy, distribute, modify, or disrupt the operation of the website in any way.

The moment of registration shall be considered the moment of concluding this Agreement. The Player may not assign rights or obligations to any other person. The Company reserves the right to transfer rights without notice, provided terms remain the same or more favorable. In all matters not covered, the Parties shall be guided by the laws of Curacao.

We collect your information to stay in touch, process payments safely, and keep your account secure from fraud. Anonymous users cannot register or play on the site. One account per person, no exceptions.
Before processing any withdrawal, we confirm that you are the actual owner of the account and the payment method. This protects both you and us from problems down the line.
Your account is protected by password. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transfers, so your information stays private. Card payments go through pages with PCI DSS certification, and our staff never sees your full card details. We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it.
